Our Method

Our method combines barre, mat pilates, yoga, and strength training to bring you a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones the body. Combining breath work and mind-body awareness, we deepen our movement and bring balance to the body. Using precise and controlled movements, we’re not only working on a stronger body, but a deeper understanding of ourselves. Our classes are fun, unique, challenging, and beat-driven, leaving you stronger than you started and always craving more!

The class programming is innovative and fun which makes time fly, all while getting a killer low-impact workout.
