45 minutes - intensity alternates between low and high throughout class serving your needs

MOVE* with us in our newest class format: a unique blend of dance cardio, pilates, and yoga to build a stronger body. Various types of music are paired with the movements to help you feel physically cleansed and emotionally clear. Lights are low. Class is warm at 80 degrees.

Sneakers are optional.

Barre

45 & 60 minutes - All Levels

We felt like barre had a stale taste to it, which is why we’ve reinvented the Barre class at TB. Move to the beat of the music working your entire body. We get creative with the barre using Bala Bangles, bars, balls, and bands. You’ll love this new spin on barre.

Props: 3 lb. Bala hand weights, ankle weights, bands, and ball.

Mat+

45 & 75 Minutes- All levels

A heated, mat-based class designed to improve circulation, reduce joint pain + give you a deep sweat. We move slower in this class to connect our breath to the movement. We use low-impact, compound movements to increase heart rate, strengthen & tone.

Our 75 minute class allows for a deeper stretch and lengthened Savasana with eucalyptus towels at the end of class.

Sculpt

45 & 60 Minutes- All Levels

A high energy, full body conditioning class created to SCULPT* your strength and confidence as you move to this beat-driven circuit format.

Props: 15 lb. Bala Beam, 10 lb. Bala Ring, 3 lb. hand weights, ankle/wrist weights, bands, and step stool.

TB Mama

60 Minutes- All Levels

A full body barre workout designed for new moms and their babies. We use barre and floor mat exercises to reconnect with your core and rebuild postpartum strength. Babies should be at least 6 weeks - non crawlers. We recommend a baby carrier or a floor devise you can safely leave baby in.
