All classes consist of low impact, high intensity exercises targeting every muscle group. Barre training workouts are great for all ages and fitness levels because all moves can be modified and while exercises are tough on muscles, they are easy on joints. Town Barre classes provide a total body workout that will tone, strengthen and lengthen from head to toe!
Classic Barre is our signature barre class and perfect for beginners and experienced barre-goers alike! Light hand weights are used for arm work. Leg and booty exercises are done at the barre and class moves to the mat for more seat, core and back work. Class ends with a cool down stretch. Barre socks are required for this class.
A combination of TRX suspension training and barre fitness. Similar to barre, suspension training workouts use bodyweight to increase strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. TRX training also sculpts long, lean muscles making it the perfect complement to barre. Clean, indoor sneakers are required for this class.
Town Barre Bootcamp
Bootcamps are run circuit style and consist of roughly 8 rounds of 4 different exercises done for 1 minute each. The exercises use all of the props in our studio including the barre, mat, weights, bands and TRX. We encourage having been to a Classic Barre and/or Suspend Barre class before joining our bootcamp classes. Barre socks are required for this class.
Get ready to sweat! Cardio dance combines cardio and fitness exercises with upbeat dance combinations to keep you moving and grooving the entire class. No dance experience is necessary to burn calories, routines are repeated so you will catch on quickly! Clean, indoor sneakers are required for this class.
Mommy & Baby Barre
Mommy & baby barre classes are held in 6-week sessions and open to non-movers only, roughly ages 6 weeks to 7 months. A front carrier and blanket are required. Strengthen and tone muscles while having fun with your baby! Barre socks are required for this class.
Barre & Mat Basics
This combination barre and Pilates class incorporates signature moves from our Classic Barre class and additional mat Pilates work. Led at a slightly slower pace than Classic Barre, this class is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. A great workout for beginners and barre veterans alike. Barre socks are required for this class.
